Business Development Representative
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.
Responsibilities
● Generate leads/ prospects via different channels (Cold Calls, Email Marketing, Social reach out via LinkedIn etc) for the various ad-tech products, services, and solutions offered by Datawrkz
● Lead prospecting, qualifying and building a robust pipeline
● Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
● Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
● Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
● Creating & maintaining the list/database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
● Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers
● Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager for closures
● Assist in closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
● Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
● Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Qualifications
● Ability to handle the entire sales process end to end right from sourcing the data, reaching out to contacts, evincing interest in our services and enabling prospects to talk/meet with our sales team
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
● 1-3 years of relevant BD experience, preferably in software products
● Expertise in cold calling to the US market and setting appointments
● Ability to do non-scripted conversations with prospects
● Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently
● Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
● Willing to work in night shift based on business requirements
● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
● Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
